  • Illegal or harmful content

e. Responsibility for Clients

If you are using Amplify Ape on behalf of another business, you are fully responsible for their compliance.

Amplify Ape is not liable for misuse of the platform.

5. Payment & Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

  • Risking our messaging infrastructure or reputation

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
